The Perniciaro's: Give a kid a camera..... and VIOLA!!

So I was bouncing around on different blogs....BlogStalking... I suppose its called :) and I came across one of my favorites, www.kevinandamanda.com, and there was a post about meeting the Pioneer Woman. I have been on the Pioneer Woman's site before to download some amazing actions for photoshop, which I love, but this time I browsed around and saw a post on the Pioneer Woman's blog called "If you give a kid a camera"! This struck me as being kind of funny. My first thought was... "Yeah right, I'm not giving my crazy 4 year old THIS camera." Then I thought about it, and I thought about how interesting it could be to see the world through a child's eyes. Or perhaps through their lens. I then began to imagine the funny pictures Preston might take if he had my camera for a day!

When we had all of our company this last holiday weekend (Labor Day woo hoo!!) Preston asked if he could take some pictures with my camera. Now I have let him take pictures with my phone many times, but this would be a whole new trusting experience for me! I had my previous revelation about considering letting Preston take photos, so this would be the perfect opportunity. I let Preston take pictures of Callie Jo and then I let Callie Jo take pictures of Preston! I think we may have future photographers on our hands here!
